Design study: Count/construction, repeat size, number of colours in warp & weft, colour coverage percentage - assessed and deskloom developed.

Development of sampling yardage to finalise all fabric specifications .

Bulk production based on sample yardage .

Grey Yarn tested for CSP, Evenness, Total Imperfections & U %

All stages of manufacture from yarn purchase, bleaching, dyeing, shade checking, sizing, warping, weaving, finishing, inspection & packing monitored by independent “in process” QC team for all technical parameters.

All dyes & chemicals bulk procured, tested in the in-house laboratory and approved.

7.

Bulk dyed yarn, checked for shade correctness, evenness & fastness. Hand swatch prepared for pattern & colour matching and overall design look [this system is followed for subsequent lots also where order involves dyg of more than one lot in any colour in warp or weft].

8.

Warping & weaving monitored for design, colour placement and quality of fabric to minimise weaving faults. Looms have warp stop motion, weft feelers  & dobby attachment.

9.

All first pieces from looms checked for colour placement, pattern layout & quality of weaving.

10.

100% inspection of fabric from looms carried out by experienced set of checkers & professional skilled menders.

11.

100% re-inspection by an independent authority for feedback of quality passed & packed. Inspection reports made to record quality of fabric despatched to customer on 4 point system.
